Welcome to SellZC e-commerce. These terms and conditions apply to your use of the SellZC website and the purchase of any products from SellZC. Our products
The products available on the SellZC website are completely authentic sneakers from third-party brands. All products are described as accurately as possible on the SellZC website. However, we cannot guarantee that all information, such as descriptions, images and prices, is always accurate, complete and up-to-date.
Ordering
To place an order on the SellZC site, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment method. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order. Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any errors.
Payment
All prices on the SellZC website are in EUR and are added to the relevant ordinary VAT at the time of check-out. Payment for your order must be made at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping in Italy for all over orders or Express shipping with a supplement of €4.99. We undertake to process orders within a maximum of 3-4 working days from receipt. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the maximum day limit for delivery is 14 days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs issues or other external factors.
We would also like to specify that if you live within 20 km of the store it is mandatory to go to the store to collect your order.
